A bed that felt like clouds

The bed was a dream! After long travels, it cradled me to sleep. The friendly staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

However, we faced a hiccup with the check-in. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, which put a damper on our plans. Felt a bit neglected in terms of upkeep outside.

I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn in Bay City. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly and made check-in a breeze. The room felt updated, and the bed provided a comfy night's sleep. Breakfast had a nice variety with fresh fruit and yogurt. Todd at the front desk was friendly and attentive, and that really added to the experience. However, the first room I entered had a lingering old cigarette smell, which wasn't pleasant. I switched to another room, but it still had a slight odor. The shower area by the pool could use some attention. it felt a bit neglected and there wasn't a clear way to rinse off before jumping in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Breakfast was a hit with the kids, featuring tasty waffles and fresh fruit. Plus, the proximity to the Dutch Village Amusement Park made our trip even better. The staff was friendly and helped us find local attractions.

My children wished there were more entertainment options for young ones during our stay.

The local eats were a real treat! Panda Express and Buffalo Wild Wings right around the corner made for delicious late-night bites. Plus, the breakfast had fresh options, and the staff was super friendly! Definitely felt right at home.

However, had to switch rooms because of that musty smell lingering like a bad hangover. The second room was just less intense, but it made for a slightly icky vibe. Plus, no shower by the pool? Kinda sketchy.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find a lost item on my first stay. The customer service is truly amazing!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially when we arrived late at 3 am. The pool area looked inviting and well-maintained. though we didn’t have time to swim, it added to the overall ambiance. Our room was clean, quiet, and the beds provided excellent comfort for a good night’s rest. The breakfast had a decent selection. we didn't leave hungry.
